Pingify provides website monitoring tools that automatically check your website’s uptime and performance at regular intervals and notify you via email, SMS, or other methods when your site experiences downtime or performance issues.
You must register for an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for ensuring that all use of your account complies fully with these Terms. The Service is intended solely for the User's personal, non-commercial use.

Pingify offers various pricing plans for its services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in our refund policy.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Pingify and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pingify does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
Pingify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Pingify reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
